Tune Up Philly’s Spring Concert marks the nearing of the end its first season. The West Philadelphia Orchestra is making changes in ways people did not think possible. The children experience a whole new method of learning through instrumentation, and through their instruments they’ve found a firm basis to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Music is what brings it all together.
